The other packaging appeared crushed at the ends and the wrapping torn. When I got to unpack the furniture, ends of wooden planks were mashed as if they were banged hard against something, the biggest problem is the dirty, greasy mattress!

We were also told that the first crew actually broke one drawer, which we didn't notice .
